Starry Night Kyoto

Starry Night Kyoto
Originally uploaded by Disentangled.
I finished my Starry Night Kyoto on Friday and Whirly helped me with my photo shoot over the weekend. Boy, this has been a long one, but worth it. I learned a lot and made a lot of beginner mistakes that I don't plan on making again. Everyone should check out the Kyoto Along link on the left and see how the other members are doing. Also, my girls will be posting their finished pics in the future, too ;-)

That's awesome!! It looks FABULOUS! Which size did you knit? I'm still worried about mine not fitting.

I knit the medium, but with extra large length arms and sash ;-)

This pic just reminds me of how beautiful you are! Also, it show me what a Kyoto is. I have been wondering about that.

Wow! That turned out great. You got a perfect fit. I saw one done by another person (random knitblogger out there in cyberspace) whose Kyoto just didn't fit right when she finished. Yours looks almost like it was hand-made just for you! I know all hand-knit garments should have that look, but, alas, this seems to rarely be the case.

It looks wonderful! It was great fun "socking" with you last weekend. Keep in touch and let me know when you're ready for the next step!
